Ipamorelin (Aib-His-D-2-Nal-D-Phe-Lys-NH₂) is a selective pentapeptide growth-hormone-releasing secretagogue that mimics ghrelin at the GHS-R1a receptor while showing minimal affinity for other pituitary receptors.
