This is a composite formulation uniting the gastro‐protective decapeptide BPC-157, the actin-sequestering wound-healing fragment TB-500 (thymosin-β4 17-23), and the copper-bound tripeptide GHK-Cu to create a multifaceted regenerative agent. BPC-157 promotes angiogenesis and fibroblast migration while modulating nitric-oxide and growth-factor signaling, accelerating repair of musculoskeletal, gastrointestinal, and neural tissues. TB-500 augments cellular motility and cytoskeletal reorganization via thymosin β4–mediated up-regulation of VEGF and down-regulation of pro-inflammatory cytokines, thereby enhancing re-epithelialization and reducing fibrosis. GHK-Cu delivers bioavailable copper to trigger extracellular matrix remodeling, antioxidant gene expression, and stem-cell activation, collectively yielding a synergistic environment for tissue regeneration, anti-inflammatory control, and skin rejuvenation.
